Instead of touching the wafer, these sensors just &amp;ldquo;watch&amp;rdquo; the thermal radiation and turn it into digital data. You get a full temperature map across the wafer in a few milliseconds. It&amp;rsquo;s fast. Really fast.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
